Studies take into consideration such factors as existing building construction, local residents / noise sensitive receptors, required specification of acoustic improvements etc.

A recent project undertaken by Azymuth involved a feasibility study for a college music department to assess the suitability of potential new premises. Sound insulation of the building fabric from nearby apartments was a critical factor in making the decision to take up the lease.
